- The item must be in original, unopened, and undamaged condition, except for an issue with the manufacturer;
- The item is required to be accompanied by the original Dillard’s Receipt, or Original Dillard’s Proof of Purchase Label. (Proof of Purchase details are found on the packing slips for all Direct orders from Dillard’s.)
- If the product comprises footwear, then it has to be delivered in the original box.
- All tags on merchandise must remain on the merchandise tags.
Items that qualify to be returned can be delivered in person to the nearest Dillard’s Store (excluding Clearance Centers)
Dillard’s is non-returnable and not exchangeable
- Clearance items discounted by to 66% or more.
- Reducing merchandise permanently for sale, with the benefit of an extra discount. e.g. Items reduced by 25% and an additional 30 to 50 discount during a certain time.
